Spindle Units
DEPRAG screwdriver spindles are designed for automated integration with custom designed assembly stations and machines.
Common pneumatic and electric screwdriver spindle features:
- Screwfeeder options with integrated screwdriver function module with spindles
- Integrate with DEPRAG screwfeeder and multi-spindle manifold screw delivery
- Easy to integrate into automation assembly machines
- Available as straight spindles and angle nut runners
- +/- 3% torque accuracy
- DEPRAG Screwdriver Function Modules (SFM). Spindle mount modules for ease of integration onto assembly machines or end-of-arm robotic applications.
Pneumatic spindle features:
- Unique air motor clutch release/shut off function assures precision in screw driving process
- Sensor driver with automatic shut-off and with integrated transducer for angle and torque measurement
- Control driversprovide automatic shut-off with integrated function control
Electric spindle features:
- Electric spindles with 1% or better torque and angle accuracy
- Individually adjust electric driver torque, speed, standby, and turn direction for each assembly requirement
- EC “electronically computed” brushless electric servo driversprovide high torque at low speeds with minimum wear
- Fully programmable torque, angle, rotation with optional AST 40 controller
