Cabinet/Batch Washers

Alliance Manufacturing, Inc. produces water-based (aqueous) parts cleaning cabinet/batch systems for the industrial products market, tailored to your specific applications.

  • Engineered primarily of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials
  • Parts cleaned can range from a few ounces to several hundred pounds, as well as high/low profile and high/low volume
  • Standard batch baskets range in diameter from 24” to 66”
  • Cabinet-style available in top-loading or front-loading
  • Optional accessories such as energy type, mist eliminator, relay or solid state controls
Application

Standard size cabinet spray washers are available for wash, rinse, rust inhibit, blow-off, and drying of manufactured parts

  • For lower volume, batch cleaning operations
  • Front load, top load options
  • Wash, Rinse, Dry options
  • Fixtured parts with targeted spray nozzles for cleaning blind holes, complex geometries
  • Load/Unload access for large, heavy parts requiring jib crane part handling
  • Stainless steel or carbon steel construction
  • Standard rotary baskets: 24” to 60” diameter

Dunnage Washers

  • Conveyorized or monorail inline systems
  • Small plastic totes, plastic inserts, larger molded, vacuum form trays
  • Wash, Rinse, Dry options
  • Multi-lane systems for high production or wide product range applications
  • Optional infeed, outfeed conveyors

Rotary Drum Washers

  • Ideal for high volume, small part washing applications
  • Fasteners, inserts, small stamped and fine blank components
  • Optional automatic bulk part dumping and loading
  • Wash, rinse, and dry stages available

Ultrasonic Washers

ESMA Ultrasonic washers and automated ultrasonic cleaners are designed to incorporate an in-tank optional rotating basket tumbling system, and safely move caustic solutions to prevent user contact. Rotating basket design loosens hard debris accumulated in blind hole or cavities, separates parts that tend to cluster, and removes trapped air so ultrasonic cavitation can penetrate the parts.

  • All stainless steel construction
  • Table-top and floor-mounted models
  • Combination modules of wash, rinse, and dry
  • Tanks re-use and filter detergent, acids, and rinse water
  • Optional automation with tumble basket to facilitate rinsing and drying
  • Computer controlled sequences and touch screen operator interface to eliminate dangerous exposure to acids or heat
  • Square Wave ultrasonic signal maximizes power and creates an acoustic output which results in a multi-frequency tank vibrating simultaneously at several harmonic frequencies
Application
  • Parts with deep blind holes and cavities
  • Medical implants from titanium, cobalt chrome, stainless steel
  • Ideal for small, delicate precision medical, dental, jewelry, circuit boards, food handling parts and military parts
  • Cutting tools
  • Valves and seals
  • Sensors
  • Precision optical lenses
