Customer needed to identify the assembly station which assembled the hose. After assembly, the operator makes a station ID mark on the hose assembly. The Columbia Marking Tools Model 75 single blow air hammer puts (1) 1/8” character on the outside fitting of the hose assembly. The Model 75 is used on a tool balancer that quickly takes the took out of the work area, but is quickly retrieved when needed.
The Model 75 is used to provide quick, economical, station identification and traceability.
